The Site may also display work we’ve produced for clients, including branding and social media content, shown as case studies and portfolio examples. This content remains the property of the relevant client or Sentily, as applicable, and is displayed with the client’s agreement. You must not reproduce, copy, or use any of this content without permission from the relevant rights holder.
Nothing on the Site grants you any licence or right to use our (or our clients’) trademarks, logos, or branding without prior written consent.
7. Links to Other Websites
The Site may contain links to third-party websites. These are provided for convenience only. We don’t endorse, control, or accept responsibility for the content, privacy practices, or availability of any third-party site, and you access them at your own risk.

– The Site will be available at all times or free from interruptions, errors, or viruses
– Any content on the Site is complete, accurate, or suitable for your particular purposes
Nothing on the Site constitutes professional advice, and you shouldn’t rely on it as a substitute for that.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
– We exclude all liability for indirect or consequential losses, including loss of profits, business, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Site
– Our total liability to you in connection with the Site, however arising, is limited to a reasonable amount appropriate to the circumstances, and in any event shall not exceed 100 GBP where no commercial relationship exists between us
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under English law.
If you’re a consumer, nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or other applicable consumer protection law.

You agree to indemnify and hold Sentily Ltd harmless against any claims, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of the Site or your breach of these Terms.
11. Online Payments
The Site doesn’t currently process payments directly. If we introduce online payment or checkout functionality in the future, additional terms covering pricing, payment processing, and refunds will be made available at that time and will apply alongside these Terms.

Our use of any personal data collected through the Site is governed by our Privacy Policy, available at sentily.com/privacy-policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or for legal/regulatory reasons. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
14. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to all or part of the Site at any time, with or without notice, including if we believe you’ve violated these Terms.
15. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
