This policy explains what personal data we collect when you visit sentily.com or interact with us, why we collect it, who we share it with, and what rights you have. It applies regardless of where in the world you’re visiting from, though some specific rights described below are particular to UK, EU, or other regional law.

– Newsletter sign-up — name and email address.
– Account registration — if you register for an account with us (for example, a client portal), we collect the details needed to set this up, such as name, email address, and a password (stored securely, never in plain text).

When you browse the Site, we automatically collect:

We showcase work we’ve produced for past and present clients, including branding and social media content, as case studies and portfolio examples. This material is displayed with the relevant client’s agreement, as part of our legitimate business interest in demonstrating our work. If you’re featured in this content (for example, you appear in a client’s social post we’ve shared) and have concerns, please contact us at info@sentily.com and we’ll address it.

We apply the standards in this policy to all visitors, wherever you’re based. If you’re a California resident, you have rights broadly similar to those above under California privacy law; we don’t sell personal information, and you can submit any request to info@sentily.com.

We keep personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes it was collected for — for example, enquiry data is generally kept for 12 months unless a client relationship develops, and newsletter data is kept until you unsubscribe. We then delete or anonymise it, unless we’re required to keep it longer for legal or accounting reasons.

11. Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against unauthorised access, loss, or misuse. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work to keep your data safe.

12. Children’s Privacy

The Site isn’t directed at children, and we don’t knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, contact us and we’ll delete it.
